Bonnie’s passions are branding and leadership, two areas she now engages in her role as an executive recruiter.  After nearly two decades of management experience in communications and branding, Bonnie now helps organizations build teams that will help them achieve their goals. 

Bonnie has held a range of management positions that provide a broad perspective of ways to achieve organizational success.  She focused on building high-performing teams focused on delivering results while a marketing manager for Citibank Student Loans, and while leading account teams for Buck & Pulleyn, a boutique advertising agency with consumer and business-to-business clients.  At Palio Communications she held successive roles including serving on the operating board, leading the development of the agency business plan, marketing, and overseeing recruitment, training and development.  In this role, Bonnie was able to tie the organizational vision to hiring staff who could deliver the optimal brand experience.  Most recently, Bonnie was a senior leader at FingerPaint Marketing, a start-up interactive agency with a unique culture driven to generate results for clients.  She has also served as an adjunct instructor at Sage College of Albany and guest lecturer at Skidmore College. 

In 2008, Bonnie earned a master’s degree from Skidmore College with a focus in Leadership Studies.  Her program of study explored organizational change, leadership communications, creativity and genius, ethical decision making, and situational leadership.  She now combines this learning with her practical experience in leading teams and coaching individuals to help clients build teams that deliver results.
